Smith is the Broker/owner of Chariot Financial located in Lakewood, Colorado. He has been in the Mortgage and Real Estate industry since May of 2003 after he graduated from Colorado State University. He specializes in reverse mortgage loans.\n \nHis goal is always the same – provide useful and reliable information so the Customer can make an informed decision before entering into a real estate transaction. This includes providing estimates of what the monthly mortgage payment would be on a wide range of pre-approved prices, as well as estimating the closing costs and down payment needs so there are no surprises at closing.\n \nLiving in Colorado since 1988, Zach enjoys the outdoors; hiking, biking, birding, snowshoeing. Producing music and spending time with friends and family are some of his favorite things to do as well. He and his Wife Brenna of 10 years live with their son Elijah in Littleton, CO.
