Based in our Denver office, he is actively involved in the sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and closing of new investment opportunities for MLG’s direct and Legacy Fund strategies. He also assists in the operations and asset management of the existing Legacy Fund portfolio and fundraises for MLG’s series of private funds.\n \nBefore MLG Capital, Tom was a Commercial Mortgage Analyst at American Equity Life Insurance. At American Equity, Tom underwrote new financing opportunities and assisted in originating loans on multiple property types throughout the country.\n \nTom played college football at Drake University where he graduated with degrees in Finance and Economics.
