Presentation:

One Big Beautiful Act & What is Means for Your Business

This program examines the new business and individual provisions enacted by the One Big Beautiful Bill, comparing what’s new, what’s old and what’s staying the same. We walk through how new deductions work, options for taxpayers on how to manage the transition, and how they can qualify for new incentives. We also discuss new requirements beginning in 2026 and several credits that are ending, both on the Federal level and in Colorado. As an additional resource, we will discuss Opportunity Zone updates and how to overlay strategies to broaden impact.
